I ordered a few home decor things from Trees n Trends kind of in a hurry, so I was expecting I might’ve clicked something wrong or ended up with a mix-up. But everything in the box was exactly right, the colors, sizes, and items all matched what I picked. No missing pieces or surprises. I didn’t have a ton of time to deal with returns, so that was a relief. Happy with it and I’d order again.

I went on treesntrends.com thinking I’d score some decent sale prices, but i ended up feeling a little regretful after buying. A lot of the so-called sale items weren’t marked down much, and some didn’t really feel like deals at all. The site itself was easy enough to browse, but I wish I’d looked harder or waited for better coupons before placing my order. If you’re really trying to save money, this probably isn’t the best place to count on big bargains.

I popped in for a quick look and liked the feel of the place right away. It was cozy without feeling cramped, and I could wander around easily without bumping into displays or doing that awkward side-step around people. Randomly, I noticed the lighting was really soft too, which made it feel extra comfortable

Overall, I’m happy with what I paid for and what I received, but my trust isn’t as strong as it could be. I’d probably order from them again for seasonal or home stuff, just with slightly lower expectations and a closer eye on the details

I don’t know, the whole customer service experience just left me feeling a little underwhelmed. I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back, and while they did eventually answer my question, it didn’t feel especially quick or helpful in the moment. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely didn’t leave a great impression either...

I bought a patio set from Trees n Trends last year, and I’ll admit it looked really nice when it first arrived. Setup wasn’t too bad either, so at first I was happy with it. The one thing that got annoying was the constant reminders afterward to leave a review — they felt a little pushy, honestly.
After just one season, though, the cushions are already sagging a bit and one of the chairs feels kind of loose. It’s not falling apart or anything, but for what I paid, I expected it to hold up better. Nice-looking set, just not as durable as I hoped.

I’m particular about deliveries showing up when they’re supposed to, and this one met my standard. My order arrived exactly when they said it would, and everything went smoothly with no issues.

Got it delivered and it showed up looking great, honestly. No dents, no damage, nothing weird at all, everything was in Good condition.
